Startups residency focused on mobile app game developers. As part of the residency I had participated in consultations with worldwide experts, lectures, trainings, workshops on different topics that have taught me how to lead a team, communicate with partners and clients and set up a sustainable growing business.

I was responsible for the production and smooth running of diverse cultural events, securing all the necessary materials and contracts before the event and coordination of the operation of the event. Preparation of space and organization of volunteers and temporary workers, communication with artists and team.
